ABOUT THE JOB

Where Code Meets Customer Success
Are you a tech-curious problem solver looking to kickstart your career in a fast-paced SaaS environment? Do you enjoy digging into the "why" behind a system and translating complex tech into smart solutions? Then we want to meet you.

At Agillic, we don’t just "handle support tickets." We are the technical backbone for our clients. As a Technical Product Specialist, you’ll be our platform's resident expert—half detective, half consultant. You’ll dive deep into our platform’s DNA to troubleshoot, optimise, and ensure our clients are building world-class marketing automation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

What you’ll actually do
  • Be the Expert: Become a power user of the Agillic platform. If it’s a feature, you know it; if it’s a bug, you’ll find it. You will of course be thoroughly trained as part of your onboarding and have an expert team of experienced friendly colleagues to assist you, and benefitting from AI tools utilising our elaborate technical documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Solve the puzzle: Investigate technical issues and debug platform behavior. You aren't just reading a script; you’re digging into the logic.
  • Collaborate with R&D: When things get tricky, you’ll work closely with our developers to report bugs and help shape the future of the product.
  • Teach & Document: Help manage our Developer Portal and Knowledge Base. You’ll write the guides and documentation that make life easier for other devs and users and feed into our AI tools.
  • Consult: Work with clients and partners to recommend technical best practices. You’re helping them build better, smarter configurations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE

  • You’re Tech-Native: You might be a fresh graduate from a technical university or have a similar relevant background in IT/Tech.
  • You Love Logic: You enjoy understanding how databases work, how APIs talk to each other, and how SaaS platforms scale.
  • You’re a Communicator: You can take a complex technical "mess" and explain it simply via chat, email, or a quick call. When you’re ready you will also do presentations and demos to clients and partners.
  • You’re Proactive: You don’t wait for instructions—you see a gap in our documentation or a recurring bug and you fix it.
  • Language: You must be fluent in Danish and English
  • Bonus Points for: Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL/Databases, Zendesk, or Jira. If you’ve dabbled in Marketing Automation before, that’s a huge plus!

WHAT WE OFFER

  • No micro-management - just great people and cool tech.
  • Working hours: 37 hours per week between 9-17.
  • Personal growth: An agile organisation where your initiative is rewarded, and we want you to grow in your role. Many of our current managers started as Product Specialists in Agillic.
  • 6 weeks of vacation, competitive parental leave, and a bussing Østerbro office 5 minutes from the Poul Henningsens Plads Metro station.
  • International vibe: Our corporate language is English, and many of your colleagues will have a non-Danish background.
  • Social Life: From high-quality lunch and snacks to Friday bars, parties and a team that actually enjoys hanging out.
  • Salary: DKK 30.000 plus 7% pension. Quarterly performance review and annual salary adjustments.
