Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Agillic is the trusted Nordic marketing automation platform, enabling personalisation that performs with scalability, operational efficiency, and full GDPR compliance. Behind the platform is a Danish software company dedicated to helping organisations create meaningful customer relationships through personalisation. From its office in Copenhagen, a diverse international team serves over 100 clients across the Nordics and several European markets. 


We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to play a very hands-on role in running our marketing and sales operations in support of our continued growth journey.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Own the Agillic platform, including all configuration for execution and data governance

  • Coordinate all marketing activities including, but not limited to, newsletters, events, landing pages, general website updates, etc. 

  • Support the sales team on operational tasks, Pipedrive governance and updates, and liaise with outbound sales partners

  • Support content development and keep sales and marketing collateral up to date

  • Provide overview and reporting on ongoing activities to help improve performance

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE


  • Solid and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and/or CRM systems is a requirement

  • Proactive and confident, yet service-minded approach to engaging cross-functional stakeholders

  • Adaptable problem-solver, handling shifting priorities and (complex) challenges

  • Structured and thrive where details matter

  • Ability to write clearly, convey technical information, manage ambiguity and drive clarity

  • Relevant B2B experience, ideally from an agency or tech company

  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365

  • Fluent in oral and written English and Danish
